The development of MBA education in China is less than 30 years that of the worlds is in the primary stage. With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for high quality ? compound business management talents is increasing;meanwhile,the scale of MBA education is expanding rapidly, and the number of students is increasing. The imbalance of the scale and educational resources for MBA education is highlighted, which leads to the decline of the quality of MBA education and even threats to the development and reputation of MBA education. The quality of MBA education is the fundamental driving force for one's development. To strengthen the research on MBA education quality management has become an important part of the development of MBA education. Through the international MBA education quality certification, the domestic MBA colleges and universities continuously perfect the educational management system, improve the quality of MBA education, and promote the development of MBA education in China. However, due to larger international gap among the national conditions, policy and education background, China's MBA colleges and universities should establish a unique educational management system of localization, in order to more effectively protect and promote the management of MBA education quality.In the face of fierce competition in China's MBA marketing, as a specific institutio n of MBA education, CM University MBA College is trying to find out a sustainable development path to improve its inner capacity by studying the standard of domestic a nd international authentication system. My study output as follows:First of all, I elaborate the background of the research focusing on the quality man agement system of MBA education, analyze the thesis' s goal and importance, and clar ify research route and writing structure by making the content and method much clear er.Then, I classify and analyze the theory relevant to MBA education and higher edu cation and study the status of domestic and international MBA education assessment s ystem to figure out the development situation of the authentication system in nowaday s MBA environment. Moreover, I select AACSB EQUIS AMBA, which three are the most authoritative and influential assessment system, and some Chinese experts' asses sment system to compare and study. I confirm the assessment system index as the basi c standard, by comparing the characteristics of the strategy and innovation, participato r, teaching and learning, and academic and professional development between domesti c and international MBA education assessment system.Furthermore, I analyze the status of CM University's quality management system of MBA education in detail. Starting from analyzing the basic circumstance of CM Un iversity, I clarify the environment and education model, installation and resources, andthe quality of candidates and the situation of undergraduates. Then, I analyze the CM University's goal, feature and curriculum system, so that I can understand and analyze the education management running process to figure out the characteristics and probl ems.Last but not least, based on the assessment standard of domestic and international authentication system, I constitute a quality management system of CM University fro m 3 aspects, which are strategy goals, the measures taken by participators...
