The development of MBA education in China is less than thirty years. Although starting late, the pace of development was very fast, with the participation and scale of institutions increasing and the rapid growth of enrollment. However, with MBA education in China making great achievements, it also showed a growing number of practical problems. The quality problem is even becoming a threat to the development and reputation of the MBA education. Enhancing the study of MBA education has become an important part of the MBA education development. The study of international MBA accreditation system and education development can not only enrich theoretical content of MBA education in China, but also enhance the continuous improvement of MBA education development and quality in China to a higher level.In this paper, a literature survey, comparative analysis and other forms of research are being used to start a research on the development and the three accreditation systems of the United States and European, which have the representative and influence on MBA education internationally. This paper analyzes and summarizes the history and characteristics of their development process as well as the three education accreditation systems, which is the United States AACSB, United Kingdom AMBA and European EQUIS. Analysis of the reality and the existing problems of MBA education development in China are being discussed in this paper. Also the paper points out the developing features of MBA education in China such as mass growing number of institutions, coexisting of internationalization and localization, branding and featuring. At the same time, there are problems such as need to enhance the training quality, lag behind the curriculum construction, lack of training systems and international competitiveness and other issues. This paper makes proposals for MBA education in China through proper control of the number and scale of enrollment of MBA training institutions, the level of globalization of teachers and students, the high-quality of the localized textbooks to improve training quality and other measures. The development of MBA education in China should take the strategy of mastering the international accreditation system, selective participation in the accreditation system and timely carrying out China’s own accreditation system to guarantee the international development of MBA education.
