Educational research is a currently important task that is necessary for middle-school teachers in China,it can effectively promote the reform and development of the secondary school education. Especially in recent years with the continuous reform of basic education, the role of education scientific research in basic education is more and more obvious, become a necessary condition on the implementation of quality education. The development of middle school education research also experienced a period of development, has obtained certain research results, but through analyzing the current situation of S middle school management of scientific research, we found that middle school still exist some problems in the management of scientific research, such as teachers and poor management of scientific research consciousness, scientific research system construction is not perfect, as well as the scientific management team is unreasonable, seriously affected the school scientific research activities, it also hinders the school quality of teaching and scientific research ability of ascension. Therefore the reform of the scientific research management, must be conducted to research and promote teaching, realize the common development of teachers and teaching.This paper, by questionnaire and literature review methods, investigates the specific contents of educational research management at the S middle schools in Baoding.Through the analysis of the results of the investigation and discussion to find the problems existing in the scientific research work of Baoding city middle school at present stage, and combined with literature published at home and abroad and their own experience put forward to solve specific strategies for the management of S middle school in Baoding education scientific research.Essay writing process is divided into five chapters, the first chapter mainly introduces the background and purpose of thesis research and the related content of the research status at home and abroad are introduced, the main research contents and methods of this paper is given. The second chapter mainly discusses the research used questionnaire was carried out in the process of design, and the results of the questionnaire are analyzed and discussed. The third chapter discusses the problems found in the management status quo,such as the education scientific research management system is not perfect, imperfect education scientific research management team, and inadequate education scientific research management conditions.
