With the development of the reformation of basic education,educational science research(ESR for short)has been playing an essential role in development of schools in China.Although we have achieved great progress in the ESR on secondary school,there are still some problems which can't be neglected.Such as the unbalance ESR level in different districts,and the improving strategies which are so vague and general that they aren't suitable to be applied.This paper firstly states the reason why it is important for middle school teachers to join in the theoretical and practical educational science research.Secondly,by selecting Shunde H middle school as a sample,this study takes literature review,questionnaires and interviews.Analyzing detailed from teachers and school educational administrations,this paper presents the advantages and disadvantages of ESR status analysis mainly from seven ways: the attitude,the organizations,functions,system,workforce,technologies and effective management.Through the analysis of the results of the investigation to reveal current problems,this study indicates the developmental direction and countermeasure about secondary school,and combines with the outstanding literature published and experience from home and abroad to solve specific strategies for the management of H middle school in educational and scientific research.Within this study,the writer aims to gain some enlightenment.First,setting up an advanced work ethic is the premise.What's more,setting up a scientific and suitable work system which is the efficient safeguard.Third,training a high-quality team is the key.Last but the least,developing a long-term assessment system of ERS is the significant guidance.
