As an important part of vocational education, secondary vocational education shoulders the important historical mission of training skilled personnel. In the development of secondary vocational education in a more prominent position, on the basis of the stability, take practical measures to integrate resources, optimize the layout, improve the content, pay attention to quality, promote the development of secondary vocational education to achieve scale, structure, quality and efficiency of coordinated development. Educational scientific research management is an effective way to improve the scientific quality of teachers, improve teaching quality and promote the development of the whole education in the region. Therefore, to promote the development of secondary vocational education in Hengshui, and to improve the management level of education and scientific research. Research management of secondary vocational school education is of great significance.This thesis to five secondary vocational school in Hengshui area as the research object, take literature collection, special interview and questionnaire survey research methods, respectively, the development of our city's secondary vocational education and secondary vocational school educational research management two aspects of the investigation, found that understanding is not in place, responsibilities to be clear, the system needs to be improved and perfected, Uneven quality of personnel, scientific research achievements summary and promotion does not regulate the five aspects of the problem of the existence of the city secondary vocational school educational research management. In view of these problems, the causes of the problems are analyzed from four aspects, including the teacher, the administrator, the school and the society. Finally, to improve the Hengshui area secondary vocational school educational research management to propose the corresponding countermeasure: strengthen management team construction, enhance the authority of the department management; strengthening the training of scientific research ability of young teachers of education; the use of incentive theory, mobilize the teachers education scientific research enthusiasm; efforts to build a university research management information platform; establish a scientific evaluation mechanism, promote the transformation of achievements in scientific research. Through the research, it is clear that the present situation and existing problems of the management of secondary vocational school education in our city are pointed out the direction for the reform of education and scientific management. At the same time, as a sample, it also provides a reference for the scientific research management in the secondary vocational schools in our province and our country.
