Microlecture is a newly emerging teaching resource that has micro video resources of teaching contents for classroom teaching, it is well-targeted, has clear audio-visual image, short and pithy in contents. It is easy for students to accept and use repeatedly according to their own study process. Therefore it is of great importance to design and develop microlecture in the primary school mathematics wide angle problem.This paper makes a study on the characteristics of the contents of primary school mathematics wide angle problem, the cognitive level and learning characteristics of the students, and the problems and demands of the wide angle mathematics teaching. This will make an analysis of the advantages that microlectures demonstrate in the teaching process.Take primary school "tree planting" mathematics problem as an example of design and development of microlecture, the design of microlecture resources focuses on characteristics such as simple, story-telling, interesting and open-answer problems. Design the microlectures according to the teaching goal, and make "tree planting problem" video, integrate the mathematics thinking and problem-solving strategies, students' awareness and ability to solve practical problems into the microlecture video. Microlecture video makes use of software, such as PowerPoint 2010, Camtasia Studio 8 for early stage recording and later stage editing.From the interview research on the application of microlectures on classroom teaching, the following conclusion is made: the preview before class makes it easier for students to understand the contents of the class; the students' enthusiasm to discuss and answer problems on class is highly improved.Because the students have received the basic knowledge of the class in the preview, they have more time to discuss what they have learned, teachers will have better analysis of the basic knowledge, which makes it easier for students to absorb the knowledge within class; they can understand the knowledge better by watching the microlectures time and again after class.Students who use microlectures to study will have a deeper memory through self-thinking, discover the regularity of the problem, and have an impressive memory of the method to the problem, thus having a better grasp of the knowledge. Parents attitude on microlectures has an influence on student's study, students will have a better study effect if parents accompany them during the process of study.During the teaching process, I also found some problems that are worth noting: microlecture is an effective complement to the traditional teaching method and very good learning resources, but it can not replace traditional classroom teaching; open-answer problems and tasks are particularly important as to expand students' thinking. Teachers can find out students' problems and improve classroom teaching efficiency. Microlectures design should make students as the subject, it can not focus on technology, muti-function, It should unify knowledge imparting and intelligence promoting.Looking into the future, microlectures will have broad application in the prospect of education.
