"Maths" is a unit of compulsory education course standard experiment textbook starts from the second grade on the creation, it belongs to the category of "comprehensive and practice" the mathematics curriculum, the main purpose is to let the students interested in Mathematics in the premise, step by step to the cultivation of students’ mathematical thinking ability and the ability of to solve the problem, let the students experience the embodiment and application of mathematics in life.At present, the practice of teaching in the elementary school mathematics wide-angle still exist many problems, such as: teaching target misconduct- as a general teaching curriculum content; Mathematical thinking too demanding to the student grasp the no- teachers, the students to Olympic math; Activity curriculum ACTS form- "courseware flying"; Excessive pursuit of life prototype, excessive life lead to mathematical model building of desalination, and so on. Therefore, how to effectively develop the teaching of "mathematics wide-angle" is an important issue worthy of our study. Because of wide Angle from student’s life for students to understand mathematics to understand an Angle of mathematics, so, from life to mathematics is the main characteristic of this part of the teaching content, this also is the embodiment of the mathematical. Therefore, this study tries to discuss from the Angle of mathematical elementary school "mathematics wide-angle" teaching design, hope to provide useful Suggestions for that part of the teaching, realize the education function of the part.First of all, by consulting relevant literature, this study collected relevant information, sorting the relevant literature, to mathematical definition, classification, theory foundation, steps and methods to make related inquiry, and content system of elementary school "mathematics wide-angle" comb, clear mathematical relation between "mathematics wide-angle"; Then, the research on teaching of "mathematics wide-angle" put forward mathematical point of view of the influence factors of "wide Angle" mathematics teaching, teaching requirements and teaching design principles, finally, the selection of primary school mathematics in the second period of "mathematics wide-angle" three teaching content based on the mathematical teaching design.Through the research, we get: mathematical is the realization of primary school "mathematics wide-angle" the best way to teaching content; Mathematical point of view of the influence factors of "wide Angle" mathematics teaching is teacher’s language, the students’ attitude of "natural", the teachers and students "interaction pattern" and the cultural factors in classroom; Perspective of mathematical teaching requires teachers to be "cooperation to construct", students solve the problem of "self-organization", correctly treat students’ errors, attach importance to the cultural factors in classroom; Through the process of mathematical teaching design should reflect "establishment situation, build a model, explain the application" several links, let the students actively participate in exploring process, improve the students’ mathematical thinking, developing the students’ ability, really realize the value of "mathematics wide-angle" education...
