Children with autism face many obstacles on the way of inclusive education, and have more complex needs. However, inclusive education for Children with autism is lagging behind in China, but it's urgent for them to have rights to education. While existing researches have intervened from multiple levels of social, academic, psychological, et al. But these researches have many shortcomings.The main purpose of this study is to apply case management to inclusive education, and assesses the effectiveness and deficiencies, provides references for the development of inclusive education by the case study of Intervene in the inclusive education practice for one child with autism. Needs assessment is implemented to analyze the main problems and advantages from the perspective of school adaptation and social support networks. A combination method of direct services and indirect services is applied in the perspective of Application Integration, and then,effects of the intervention are evaluated. Finally, summarizes the models of case management in this study, and discusses the roles and functions of social workers in the practice.The results show that children with autism have diversified needs. firstly, several principals are necessary, such as peers, family members, schools, communities, government organizations, and other voluntary organizations. Secondly, they need multi-class services, the adaptation ability enhance, laws and regulations, funds, rehabilitation Services, et al. Application of case management can improve the effects of adaptation in school for children with autism, strengthens access to resources of case system, and contributes to the continuity of the service. But there are also deficiencies in policy advocacy. Combining of case orientation model and system orientation model is a good response to diversified needs. Social workers play multiple roles in case management practice, such as planners, consultants, problem solvers, Coordinators and integrators, advocates and other roles. while professional competence, professional authority and professional ethics of social workers are important factors which can delay the the function of social work. Finally, several suggestions are provided.applying the special education support program, setting up the case management office, promoting the mutual construction of case management methods and the system environment.
