A Research On Incentive System Of Foreign Teachers For MY Company

English training education is always an important part of Chinese education market which cannot be ignored. Now the parents in 1980 s and 1990 s emerge, their financial burden is light to pay much more on kid's education and school activities. After a decade of boring and inefficient English learning life, these parents have a completely new idea about learning English. The universal two- child policy improve the early childhood education industry. MY is a English education institutions with foreign teachers teaching as main feature. With the continuous development, the management of foreign teachers is urgently to improve.For MY, a new- start company, how to set an incentive system for foreign teachers on the base of maintaining cost? How to attract outstanding foreign teachers to join MY?In this thesis, Foreign teacher incentive system problem is analyzed and researched to develop incentive system for MY. This thesis is based on incentive theory, through the results of previous scholars elaborated on the issue of living in China, cultural adaptation and working environment. Foreign teachers are researched about their satisfaction in current company, then the most effective incentive way is found. The design of incentive system including salary, allowances and benefits. Meanwhile the different incentive way is in accordance with the time that foreign teachers in China and recruitment sources. For wage, the balance method is used to make basic wage, with lesson fees and bonuses to encourage self-improvement. For allowances, house renting and meal allowance are for meeting the basic needs of foreign teachers and maintaining external competitiveness.For welfare, various welfare programs are used to meet the different needs of foreign teachers.
