Study On The Impact Of Utilitarianism Thought On Contemporary Youth And Its Countermeasure Strategy

Utilitarianism is a kind of theory about subject behavior,using actual efficacy or vested interests as the standard for moral evaluation. And as an thought it earned widely popularity and praise highly.Especially in recent years,China's value concept is facing the impact of foreign ideas and continuously be destroyed. In such a Circumstance, what should youth do to view the development of the society,meanwhile,how to measure themselves' self-worth,it's not only related to the personal growth,but also related to the development of Chinese society in the future.This article based on plenty of reference books and related researches,no matter domestic literatures or foreigh literatures.This article is divided into three parts:The first part mainly introduces the subject theories of utilitarianism,including the utilitarianism's background,theoretical tendency and characteristics;The second part mainly introduces the dual effects of the social ideological trend of contemporary youth in the circumstances of utilitarianism thought,it also introduces the negative influence on youth in the circumstances of utilitarianism thought and why they being effected,Why utilitarianism can bring youth so many advantages,what influenced them;Finally,it is the focus of this article,mainly introduced the positive influence on youth,explore and guide youth to find a path of right in the circumstances of utilitarianism thought,gives corresponding suggestions on family,school and society.
