In recent years, the moral problems of college graduates’employment increasingly widespread concern in society. The utilitarian tendency not only hinders the development of students, to disrupt the order of the college graduates’employment market, but also affects the school’s social reputation, resulting in a waste of educational resources. Vocational college students career utilitarian tendency has its internal and external reasons. Internal reasons are that the students have the value orientation of utilitarian, lack of employment competitiveness, blind comparison of psychology; and external reasons are from the harmful effect that social, family and school have on students. Therefore, to solve this problem we need the students, society, schools, families and employers to work together. The students improve themselves positively and prepare well before hunting a job; the government optimizes the social resources to offer employment guarantee; the colleges strengthen education and management to promote the quality of employment; parents change their education opinions and provide employment support; the employers set up reasonable standards for employees, and improve the employment channels.
