Study On Functions Of University S&T Park In The College Enterprise Education

With China facing a greater downward pressure in economic development,college entrepreneurship education becomes more imperative, which will play an important role in solving the worse employment situation, promoting industrial technology innovation and forming new economic growth point. As an essential part of national innovation system and college education system, university science and technology(S&T) park is duty-bound to boost college entrepreneurship education.Therefore, the path of improving college entrepreneurship education by university S&T park must be studied. As a result, the college entrepreneurship education system will be improved and the number and quality of college students' entrepreneurship increased.The paper summarized the related theories about university S&T parks and college entrepreneurship education, which can provide theoretical basis for researching on the path of entrepreneurship research for improving college entrepreneurship education by university S&T park. On the basis of analyzing the necessity and advantages of university S&T park in boosting college entrepreneurship education, methods of questionnaire survey and case interview were used to empirically interview with college students, entrepreneurs and S&T park staves. With the theoretical basis combined, deficiencies of S&T park in college entrepreneurship education were analyzed, including not become the main base for college entrepreneurship education, lacking positive interaction with college students,practical base for college students losing their function, insufficient marketization of college entrepreneurship education and lacking good policy to promote college entrepreneurship education. Then the paper summed up the reasons for the above problems, which include inefficient care about college entrepreneurship education,lacking linkage mechanism between main bodies and the high risk in college students' entrepreneurship. Finally, for taking advantage of university S&T park to improve college entrepreneurship education, a series of measurements were put forward,involving optimizing the function of university science park in entrepreneurship education, getting support from the government to optimize the policy environment for college students entrepreneurship, constructing comprehensive service system of S&T park; improving the risk investment system to extend financing channel,building characteristic entrepreneurship culture in S&T park, encouraging college students to participate in creative practice actively, and so on.
