Innovative abilities and the cultivation of high quality talents are the essential parts of international comprehensive competition, of which, innovation is the endless motive for the soul of national progress and prosperity. Since the 18 th Congress Party, China has attached growing importance to innovative entrepreneurship. College students are the main force of innovative entrepreneurship, and their innovative capabilities demonstrate the basic sides of the whole nation’s innovative entrepreneurship. National college science parks play a significant role among various innovative platforms, which not only undertake the important task of transforming the scientific research achievements of the colleges, but, to a great degree, assume the function as a training platform for the in-school college students’ innovative entrepreneurship as well. However, due to different constraining factors, national college science parks for the college students could still be upgraded. The constraints need a comprehensive analysis and the feasible solutions should be found out, in order that colleges can play an essential supporting role in scientific and technological progress and innovation.This thesis gives an overall review of the relevant research literature from home and abroad, based on an introduction of research background and relevant significance, and makes a statement of the main contents and methodology in this thesis. For the sake of the subsequent research, first of all, the theories of project management are stated in the theory part, and the supporting role of national college science parks for the college students will be taken as a specific project to make a corresponding analysis, and theoretical support is from the research findings of economics and management. Based on the local and relative school policies, SWOT analytical method is used to focus on analyzing the supporting role of Jilin University National Park Science Part for the college students’ innovative entrepreneurship. In the part of case study, the methodology of comparative study and case study is applied to learn the supporting role of national college science parks for the college students of US Stanford University, UK Oxford University, and Technion Science Park, comparing and analyzing the differences of the various innovative entrepreneurship policies for the students’ innovative entrepreneurship. Last, proposals are offered for the university as to how to play a better supporting role for the college students’ innovative entrepreneurship, for example, to provide a better pluralistic quality growth service for the students, to cultivate a multi-dimensional and multi-layer quality system, so the students will have the willingness and capabilities to create new values with their knowledge in various fields of the society, and, thereby, make a further contribution to the social and economic development.
