Objective:By reference to a large number of literature, this paper is to study in the aerobic exercise (swimming, for example) and feeding obese rats under the dual role of weight loss, test the weight and Lee's index in rats to illustrate two kinds of data. On the other hand,using immunohistochemical method to explore the different stages of weight loss in obese rats visceral organs such as liverN kidney and stomach positive expression in Ghrelin, and reveal the aerobic exercise combined with feeding on obese rats and express the internal mechanism of the internal organs.The purpose is to further the feeding motion and to lay the Ghrelin theory foundation, then explore the relationship between positive expression and using the Ghrelin positive expression as the evaluation standard for movement to provide theoretical basis for the establishment of weight loss and exercise prescription.Object and methods:Choose SD (Sprague wrote-Dawley) rats, the total number is 220, randomized into control group?normal control group and obesity control group to given a high-fat diet, after six to eight weeks to test the weight and the Lee's dual index, reach the obesity standard is called the obesity susceptibility group, while far below the standard is considered to be the obese resistance group. Obese control group is treated in the movement and intervention of feeding, called sports diet group, participate in 60 min/day and six days/weeks of swimming exercise and adopts feeding plan. According to the last movement cycle we respectively set up 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks to explore the sports diet in the change of different length of time. And according to the execution time they were divided into three hours immediately group. Resistance obesity group exercise intervention group were set up in different time points too. In total 18 categories. Using immunohistochemical method we made the paraffin section and adopt the method of artificial count respectively observe the three internal organs:liver? kidney and stomach of Ghrelin positive expression. Using SPSS software analyze the similarities and differences between group and group and within the group for provide theoretical basis for feeding and motion to reduce weight.Results:1. In the stage of building obesity the sixth week measurement results showed that obesity module average weight is 321.19g, more than twenty percent of the normal control group which average weight is 247.82g, building successful check documents show that obesity.2. In the experimental stage of six weeks, obese resistance group is the minimum weight in the four groups and the average weight between 240-250g; The biggest change is obesity susceptibility sports group, by movement before 322.6g down to 271.3g; By contrast is the obesity group which the last week of average weight reached nearly 350g for the highest weight.3. Six weeks each rat Lee's index changed, obesity susceptible group is the highest; Normal control group and the resistance group is stable in general. The biggest change is the obesity susceptibility sports group which the Lee's dropped obviously,and in the fourth weekend it drops below the normal control group.4. The most two weeks rat liver Ghrelin positive cells express is susceptible group, number of positive cells was 42.3, and the resistance movement instantly group number is 21.7, there exists significant difference (P< 0.05). Six weeks of each rat liver Ghrelin group, the Ghrelin expression were increased in addition to the immediate group. Obesity susceptibility group of liver Ghrelin expression is from low to high and than from high to low,42.3-52.0-48.3.5. Two weeks renal expression of Ghrelin in four sports group were less than the normal control group, and the significant is different (P< 0.05). The Ghrelin expression of resistance groups is reduced, but obesity susceptibility exercise group increased. Express at least six weeks obesity susceptibility group was 28.8, compared with other groups have significant difference (P< 0.05).6. Two weeks stomach expression of Ghrelin, the susceptibility obesity group (15.5) is lower than normal control group, and four movement group expression is higher, there was very significant difference (P< 0.01). When four weeks,the four movement group expression decline. When six weeks obese resistance sports increased, other groups are low.Conclusion:1. Aerobic exercise and feeding has significant effect to the Lee's index and weight. Two weeks to lose weight is not obvious, but when it reached the highest intensity around six weeks, weight loss is obvious. It will be at least four weeks after aerobic exercise to maintain reducing weight. Resistance to obesity crowds had no significant effect.2. Obesity can cause liver function decline in some extent, and Ghrelin would play a compensatory function. Aerobic exercise can also restore the liver function gradually.3. Kidney is the metabolic organs for Ghrelin. a certain degree of obesity can affect kidney function but Ghrelin can protect the kidney.4. The stomach is a direct reflection organs of Ghrelin in energy and feeding control. Obesity can cause stomach Ghrelin positive expression, and a large number of energy consumption caused by movement can elevated the expression of Ghrelin.5. Different organs expression of Ghrelin could reflect the functional status of the body's, and in aerobic exercise state the crowd of different constitution the expression of Ghrelin is also different.
