Objective:By studying the effects of hypoxia and hypoxia on body weight,body fat and serum,hypothalamic ghrelin and leptin Leptin levels in obese rats,the possible mechanism of hypoxia exercise weight control was explored.method:In this study,SD rats were used as research subjects,and obesity modeling was carried out by freely ingesting high-fat diet.After successful modeling,they were divided into hypoxic quiet group,hypoxic exercise group,normoxia quiet group and normoxia exercise group.Seven of them,including the hypoxic quiet group,the hypoxic exercise group,and the normoxic exercise group,were treated in different ways for 5 weeks.The aerobic exercise group used the treadmill exercise,the running speed was 25m/min,and the continuous movement was 1h;the hypoxic quiet group and the hypoxic exercise group lived for 8 hours per day in the low oxygen tent with oxygen concentration of 12.8-13.6%,respectively.The oxygen exercise group performed a 1 hour continuous treadmill exercise within 8 hours of hypoxic exposure,with a running speed of 20 m/min and 6 interventions per week.The body weight,body length and blood lipid levels,serum ghrelin and Leptin levels were measured before intervention.After intervention,the rats were tested for body weight,body length,perirenal fat,epididymal fat,blood lipids,serum and hypothalamic ghrelin and Leptin levels.Research result:(1)Before the intervention,the obese group and the body weight were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.01),and the weight of the obese group was greater than 10% of the weight of the control group.After intervention,the exercise group was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.01)in weight,lee index,and fat coefficient;among them,the weight,lee index,and fat coefficient of the hypoxic exercise group were the lowest;the normoxic exercise group was the second;The weight of the oxygen exercise group was significantly lower than that of the normoxic exercise group(p<0.05).(2)The TG content in the obese group was significantly higher than that in the control group before intervention,and the HDL-C content was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).The TC,TG and LDL-C in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the normoxia group after intervention.<0.01),among which the values ??of TC,TG and LDL-C in the hypoxic exercise group were the smallest;the TC and TG contents in the hypoxic quiet group were significantly lower than those in the normoxia group;the HDL-C level in the hypoxic exercise group was the highest,and the usual There was a significant difference in the oxygen-quiet group(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in serum ghrelin and Leptin between obese group and control group before intervention.There was no difference in serum ghrelin levels between the exercise group and the normoxia group after intervention.The serum ghrelin level was the lowest in the hypoxic exercise group.The serum Leptin level in the hypoxic exercise group was significantly higher than that in the normoxia group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in serum Leptin levels between the oxygen-quiet group and the normoxic exercise group(P<0.05).Among them,the serum Leptin level was the highest in the hypoxic exercise group and the normoxic exercise group was the second.The ratio of serum ghrelin to serum Leptin in the hypoxic exercise group was significantly lower than that in the normoxia group(P<0.01),and was significantly lower than that in the hypoxic quiet group and the normoxic exercise group(P<0.05).The ratio of Ghrelin to serum Leptin was the smallest,followed by the normoxic exercise group.(4)There was a significant difference between the hypothalamic ghrelin and Leptin levels in the hypoxic group and the normoxia group(P<0.01).In the hypoxic group,the hypothalamic ghrelin and Leptin levels and hypoxic quiet group and normoxia exercise The group ratio was significantly different(P<0.05).Among them,hypoxia group had the lowest level of ghrelin in the hypothalamus,followed by the normoxic group;the hypoxic group had the highest level of Leptin in the hypothalamus,followed by the normoxic group.The hypothalamic ghrelin/Leptin values in the hypoxic exercise group were significantly lower than those in the other three groups,and the difference was the most different from the normoxia group.Conclusion:(1)After exercise intervention,the body weight,blood lipids and fat coefficient of rats were significantly decreased,and hypoxia exercise was better for weight loss.(2)Hypoxia exercise significantly reduced the level of ghrelin in the hypothalamus,while the level of hypothalamic and serum Leptin was significantly increased,which may be one of the mechanisms of hypoxia exercise-controlled weight.
