Study is the main part of students' life.High school students due to face the heavy academic burden,intense competition and the entrance pressure,academic pressure on them to experience the to far greater than other students.In the face of academic pressure,different experience shows different behavior attitude and response.Researchers often concerned that students in learning problems or negative phenomena,such as weariness,truancy.Few studies have focused on the active involvement of students in learning,Learning engagement is a measure of students' learning psychology.It is also an important point of entry and concern for students' psychological behavior problems.It is very important for the development of students and teachers.There is individual difference in the state of investment,which has a great relationship with the psychological quality of a person.Hope is a kind of positive psychological quality.It is a psychological variable which is closely related to the high school life.It is an important part of this study to explore the role of the psychological variables in the study of the academic stress and the learning input.From the perspective of this study,Combined with job requirements-resource model,interaction theory and self-decision theory,Mainly focus on the impact of positive psychological quality on students' learning.Select 568 high school students as the research object,Using the middle school students' academic pressure source questionnaire,the middle school students hope scale and learning input scale as the research tool,The collected data were analyzed.In order to explore the academic pressure,the characteristics and the study of the status quo and the role of the mechanism between the three,the results indicate that:1.Investment performance in attention,dedication,three dimensions of activity,high school students learning engagement to is higher than that of the high school and middle school students;the dimension of the academic pressure,the senior high school students in expectation stress,frustration,stress and the task requirements to higher than high and middle school students;boys in hope and thinking path level is generally higher than girls;in dynamic thinking and hope on the path dimension high school students to was significantly higher than that in the high school and middle school students.2.The task requirements,a significant negative correlation,the pressure of competition between the setbacks and the pressure of competition and learning into the dimensions of and expectation stress,frustration,stress tasks require pressure and hope between the various dimensions of traits showed significant negative correlation;dispositional hope,between the various dimensions of learning investment showed significant positive correlation.3.Characteristics of the high school students in the academic pressure and learning to play a role in regulating the role.Under the high hope level,the high school students' academic pressure has little effect on the learning investment;In the low level of hope,the high school students' learning investment will be significantly reduced with the increase of academic pressure.
