Research On The Feasibility For Colleges In Wuhan To Carry Out The American Football

Rugby is a sport which has a certain influence and mass base in the world. American football originated in the United Kingdom in the middle of 19 Century, is evolved from the British rugby. The rules change after being introduced to the USA, and then continue to be improved, and gradually evolved into today's race form. In American football game, both personal heroism and spirit of teamwork are stressed, and the body collision and confrontation happen a lot, honor and risk coexist, thus deeply loved and welcomed by the vast number of sports enthusiasts. American football can serve as a means of physical fitness, and also play an important role in efforts to temper the will, to boost the spirit, therefore in colleges of our country to promote American football, hand to youth physical quality and the psychological quality of training, which also has a strong physique and tenacity, on the other hand can promote the diversity of our country school physical education(PE), enrich the campus culture.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the popularization of American football in our country through the feasibility study. This paper mainly adopts the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis and other research methods to analyze the feasibility for school physical education in colleges in Wuhan to carry out. The analysis focuses on the promotion of development present situation, the required facilities, the impact of factors such as the basic situation made a detailed investigation and analysis. Main findings are: the promotion of American football has been supported by minority sports departments and experts; some college students showed a relatively high degree of understanding and support; several big cities already have facilities, teachers and other objective conditions to promote American football, but the overall situation is relatively weak; in China, some have been successfully carried out American football sports colleges and universities provides valuable experience for the popularity of the sport. Through a series of investigations and studies, finally, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of American football in the colleges in Wuhan, so as to promote the promotion of Chinese school sports to American football.
