Existing football coaches training system far cannot satisfy the needs of the campus football activities, thus restricting the development of the campus football activities, in order to solve this problem, this study through the literature material law, interview law, logic analysis, questionnaire, investigation and field survey, in normal colleges and universities students to participate in the campus football soccer specialty practice as the research object, through investigation and analysis about the present situation of the current campus activities coaches, as well as the analysis of the status of the investigation of normal colleges and universities soccer specialty, the purpose is for college students to participate in the activities of the campus football soccer specialty of feasibility analysis and countermeasure research. Results show that from the campus football activities carried out, the use of the resources of college students majoring in football, the two together, to explore a new juvenile football coaches training system, and successfully completed from the physical education teachers to qualified the transformation of the juvenile football coaches, found the solution to the campus football activities coaches shortage and low level of training methods, and has important significance for promoting the campus football activities.
