In recent years,the reform has been the core theme of the education field.As the main battlefield of education field,all kinds of schools at all levels should walk in the forefront of reform,to practice,to promote the reform of experimental education theory.For the high school ideological and political class,it should conform to the reform of education,in order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of classroom teaching.Classroom observation should be on stage,with more delicate perspective,easier,more effective way and process,to help teachers to reflect on the teaching behavior,enhance their teaching ability,help students improve learning efficiency.Different from the traditional listening and evaluation,classroom observation is a professional activity,which aims at seeking the improvement of students' classroom learning and promoting the development of teachers' profession,rather than the evaluation of teachers.Is an essential part of the daily life of teachers,and it is an important part of teachers' professional learning.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,comparative research method and case analysis method,in the related classroom observation,classroom evaluation,listening class evaluation and other related theories based on the literature,through the reflection on the traditional way of class evaluation,combined with the specific teaching practice,classroom observation and thinking of the concept of political lesson classroom observation and the significance of carding,at the same time,the high school ideological and political course in the perspective of teachers as the center,put forward opinions and reflect on their implementation of classroom observation in the ideological and political course in high school.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part,the concept of Ideological and political class observation.First of all,the definition of classroom observation,including the meaning of classroom observation and tasks,as well as the characteristics of classroom observation.Secondly,from the general to the individual,the basic interpretation based on classroom observation,the ideological and political lesson classroom observationmeaning is analyzed and defined,and analyzes the main content of Ideological and political lesson classroom observation,summed up the uniqueness,which includes:direction,outstanding moral function,comprehensive expansion etc..The second part,the essence of Ideological and political lesson classroom observation and its practical significance.This part of the author by reading relevant literature and teaching experience,put forward the essence of the ideological and political lesson classroom observation include: Ideological and political classroom observation is a professional teaching and research activities;is a comprehensive system to promote the improvement of classroom teaching behavior;is a work flow;embodies a team spirit.According to the actual application of the ideological and political lesson classroom observation and theoretical analysis in the political lesson teaching process,classroom observation can be drawn using in the ideological and political education has important practical significance,including: conducive to the ideological and political teacher's individual ability improved;is conducive to the promotion of Ideological and Political Teachers cooperation atmosphere;is conducive to promoting the development of the students.The third part,the ideological and political lesson classroom observation of the implementation of the strategy.First of all,the ideological and political lesson classroom observation dimensions,observation and observation point of view.The dimension of Ideological and political lesson classroom observation,mainly identified as learning and teachers' teaching,course characteristics and teaching culture;for reference to Professor Cui Yunhuo's LICC model to determine the observation angle of view,and consider the ideological and political course teaching characteristic design of Ideological and political course observation table;for the observation points,which must be considered in the classroom generation.In addition,the author also put forward in this part of the ideological and political lesson classroom observation steps,including: preparation stage: the implementation of the meeting before class,stage of observation,summing up stage class meeting class,through these steps to improve the efficiency of classroom observation in the ideological and political course in the application,to promote teachers' professional development and the development of students.
