With the development of the new curriculum reform,classroom observation has become a new form of listening and commenting based on the LICC model,which has gradually penetrated into the teaching of various subjects.It is found that classroom observation is seldom used in the teaching of humanities and social sciences,especially in the teaching of ideological and political science.The reason lies not only in the immaturity of classroom observation,but also in the particularity of high school's ideological and political discipline.Besides,this paper tries to discuss the necessity of applying classroom observation to senior high school ideological and political courses,so as to promote the teaching level and professional development of senior high school ideological and political teachers.This paper firstly analyzes the literature of classroom observation in the world,and discusses the research background,research status,and research methods of classroom observation.Secondly,this paper makes a comparative study of the connotation of classroom observation,and defines the basic meaning of classroom observation,and summarizes the connection and difference between classroom observation and traditional listening and judging.Besides,the author puts forward the types and characteristics of high school ideological and political classroom observation.Its characteristics include: diverse observation methods;Observation project has moral characteristics;Observation content is comprehensive;Observations are more generative.this paper still discusses the significance of applying classroom observation to senior high school ideological and political courses from four aspects: optimizing teachers' knowledge structure,improving teachers' teaching level,improving teachers' teaching and research ability,and building an excellent teaching team.Finally,the specific operation steps of classroom observation mode are four stages: team formation,preparation,implementation and feedback.In order to promote the implementation of the observation model of ideological and political classroom,this paper suggests that different observation scales were designed according to the class type.Modern information technology should be used to improve the overall observation efficiency.
