Changsha as the capital city of Hunan province,became the center of economic education culture,the development of badminton is in leading position in the whole province,had been "badminton hot".All kinds of badminton venue thousands of pieces of Changsha,Changsha residents increasingly strong demand for badminton sports,spawned a badminton ball games consumption industry rapid development.As the badminton consumer population increasing,consumption behavior problems ofChangsha badminton amateur also gradually highlight.Therefore,this research by literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,selection of Changsha badminton amateur sports consumption behavior study found:(1)Changsha amateur badminton enthusiasts have focused on 11-40 years old,58% of undergraduate course and specialized subject degree,the per capita income belongs to middle income level,professional distribution is more extensive.They spare leisure time distribution,are engaged in amateur life is colorful.(2)badminton amateur in Changsha city badminton consumption motives vary,the main is a strong physique,interests,and improve exercise capacity.Their spending on badminton consumption is higher,mainly labour consumption,an informational consumption few and far between.They choose to consume mainly concentrated in the environment of expertise professionalism sports shop,consumer information sources are mainly the introduction of relatives and friends and understand consumer information through the network.Changsha badminton amateur with satisfaction after purchase of products,but they to solve in the form of oral complaint of large number,a few people will take reasonable measures for safeguarding rights.Through the study found that in Changsha amateur badminton lovers consumption behavior of the main problems are:(1)Labour consumption is more than physical consumption and information consumption showed the consumption structure is not reasonable;(2)the overall consumption level is not high,and there is a certain gap;(3)consumer place to be rich;(4)sources of consumer information needs to be further broadened;(5)by showing off factors,focus on brand consumption and symbolic consumption;(6)insufficient consumer experience,consumer psychology is not mature,blindly trusting the dealer in the promotion of the process;(7)in the consumer rights consciousness thin.In badminton amateur badminton consumer behavior problems and the negative factors influencing the Changsha amateur badminton lovers,puts forward the reasonable guide amateur badminton consumption behavior of concrete measures: expand the consumption field,constantly optimize the consumption structure of consumer;By participating in the practice,publicity measures to strengthen consumer demand,consumer motivation;Changing consumers' life consumption idea,improve the level of badminton consumption;By increasing the Changsha city badminton activity facilities,rich sport consumption,use of modern mass media,expand the source of consumer information;Through education and other means to advocate rational consumption,make consumers the right to treat the brand consumption;Through administrative means to optimize the market environment,enhance the consciousness of consumers.
