Our elite male triple jumpers Wu Bo’s success training were analyzed,and the men’s triple jump training currently carried out analysis of the problems and propose appropriate measures in order to give our men three Long coaches to give some inspiration and reference,thus promoting the development of China’s men’s triple jump project,making it once again become the advantages of the project,to promote the development of China’s track and field,so that our country would become a real sports power.In this paper,the research object of Hunan Province triple jump world-class athlete athlete Wu Bo,was born in 1982,height 174 cm,weight 63 Kg.From the literature review,interviews,video analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis method,the most important impact on athletic
