In recent years,a number of outstanding triple-level long jump athletes have emerged in China.Cao Shuo is one of them.As the champion of the National Games and the winner of the Asian Games,he can always play the best competitive state in major competitions.Excellent results.The achievements of athletes in the Olympic Games are more convincing.Cao Shuo prepared for the fourth place in the historic training of the Rio Olympic Games in 2015-2016.The success of preparing for the Olympic Games is the scientific and reasonable reason for the coaches.The training arrangement is reflected in the case.From the case of the excellent triple jump athletes preparing for major competitions,they can learn successful experiences and methods,and have reference value for how to control the competitive state of high-level triple-level long jumpers and how to prepare for major competitions.The development of the men's triple jump project will play a certain role in reference.This paper takes the annual training of China's outstanding athlete Cao Shuo to prepare for the Rio Olympic Games as the research object,and uses the literature data method,expert interview method,field observation method and mathematical statistics method to study the annual training of Cao Shuo in preparation for the Rio Olympic Games.Analysis conclusion:(1)Cao Shuo's annual training cycle for the Rio Olympic Games is divided into winter training period,competition period and pre-match training period.During the preparation period,the weekly training load has the characteristics of “large training load week – small training load week”.The content mainly involves technical training,strength training and speed training,and attaches great importance to sensitive coordination,flexibility and recovery training.(2)During the winter training period,the load is the largest and the load intensity is medium.The load gradually decreases and the load intensity gradually increases.During the competition period,the load is medium and the load intensity is the highest,showing that the load tends to be stable and the load intensity is gradually increased.Trend;the pre-match training period has the smallest load and medium load intensity,and the load in the last week before the game is adjusted to the lowest level.(3)During the winter training period,the quality of training and the overall development of sports are the mainstays.The training content is gradually changed from generalization to specialization.During the competition period,the special competition ability is emphasized,and the degree of specialization is high.The special quality is combined with the special technology to strengthen.Technical stability;pre-match training period highlights the load intensity of special technology and speed training,emphasizing the quality of action of special technology.(4)The change of biochemical indicators during preparation for the war is consistent with the arrangement of the training load in the corresponding stage.The hemoglobin concentration is always in the normal range,and the values of creatine kinase and urea nitrogen are briefly exceeded the normal value.At the normal level,there was no obvious over-training,and the best competitive state was successfully adjusted to the final of the Rio Olympic Games.The training effect was obvious.
