Triple jump is one of the most difficult competitions in track and field.It not only has high requirements for athletes’ special physical quality,but also important for scientific and reasonable arrangement of training content.Through the intervention of multi-platform combination training,this paper analyzes the special physical quality indexes of athletes before and after the experiment,and proves that multi-platform combination training has a positive impact on the special physical quality of triple jump athletes.By means of literature,expert interview,experiment,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,16 male triple jump athletes from Guangzhou sport Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,8 people in each group.During the 10-week experiment,the experimental group took the multi-platform combination training method as the training means,and studied and analyzed the differences of each index of special physical fitness before and after the experiment.Results:1.In terms of speed quality index,the experimental group showed very significant difference in the data of 30 meters and 60 meters before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the index of 60 meters(P <0.05),and a very significant difference in the index of 30 meters(P < 0.01).2.In terms of strength quality index,there were significant differences in squatting index(P < 0.01),significant differences in standing long jump index(P <0.05),and non-significant differences in snatch index(P > 0.05)among the experimental groups before and after the experiment.Before and after the experiment,compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in squatting index(P < 0.01),there was no significant difference in snatch index(P > 0.05),there was a significant difference in standing long jump index(P < 0.05).3.In terms of special jumping quality,there were significant differences in the indexes of short run-up(6 steps)five-step stride jump and six-step swing leg five-step single leg jump before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in specific jumping quality indexes between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).4.In terms of triple jump performance,there was a significant difference between the experimental groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);After the experiment,T test showed significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).Research Conclusions:1.In the application of multi-platform combination training,the movements related to triple jump on different platforms have different combinations in different training stages,and the principle of step by step should be followed according to the difficulty of the movements and the exercise load.In the selection of the high platform jump height and jump form,it should be decided according to the characteristics of athletes’ technical movements,not a general height suitable for all athletes.2.In terms of special speed quality,the multi-platform combination training significantly improved the special speed quality of athletes,and the indexes of 30 meters and 60 meters after the experiment showed significant differences(P < 0.05)and very significant differences(P < 0.01)compared with those before the experiment.3.In terms of special strength quality,multi-platform combination training had positive effects on squatting and standing long jump indexes of special strength quality.Compared with before the experiment,the two indexes showed significant differences(P < 0.01)and(P < 0.05)after the experiment.The improvement of snatch index in special strength quality was not obvious,and there was no significant difference before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).4.In terms of special jumping quality,the multi-platform combination training significantly improved the athletes’ special jumping quality.After the experiment,the indexes of short run-up(6 steps)five-stage stride jump(m)and six-step swing leg five-stage single leg jump(m)showed very significant differences compared with before the experiment(P < 0.01).5.Multi-platform combination training has a significant effect on triple jump performance,and there is a very significant difference in sports performance before and after the experiment,indicating that multi-platform combination training can effectively improve the performance of triple jump athletes.
