Basic education is the passport to the future students.In general,the quality of basic education mainly depends on the quantity and quality of primary and secondary schools teachers.Currently,teachers in public schools in the city except in preparing teachers,there are still a number of special groups of teachers-City unofficial teachers.In this paper,survey research on the survival status of unofficial Changsha City public school teachers were studied,based on the life and work of the Present Situation unofficial teachers and their own attitudes survey,combined with the leadership of the relevant education departments and school teacher in preparing for the cognitive special teachers,teachers' understanding of urban survival unofficial status and state of mind.Intended for the relevant departments to improve urban public schools unofficial teachers working and living conditions,promote the city unofficial teachers' professional development,improve the existing teacher management system make a contribution.The survey found that in the surveyed cities unofficial teachers,almost all of his work and life are not satisfied with the status quo,and60% of unofficial teachers have a strong desire to change the status quo urgent.This is mainly due to the accomplishment of their work,income,working and living environment,work pressure,social status,relationships with teachers in the series compared to the imbalance,in which low income,work pressure,leading to difficult to survive in their hearts the main factors of imbalance in performance.Investigate the root cause behind is the perfect preparation stage school teachers and teacher management system,To this end,from the perspective of unofficial teachers themselves,to be more adept at regulating their mental state,a more positive attitude towards living and working pressure,improve thecareer planning.From the school management,teachers' ability to properly assess and improve teaching and living conditions,to ensure that the material and spiritual well-being,and create more opportunities for unofficial teacher education,teachers create an atmosphere of happiness;from the social aspect,to create a harmonious social environment,the establishment of urban unofficial teacher reasonable role expectations;from the national policy,to improve teacher preparation management system,a sound mechanism to safeguard the interests of teachers unofficial.Through various efforts,improve the survival status of the city unofficial teachers.
