Early Childhood Education is the foundation of basic education is the foundationstage of lifelong education. With the whole society continues to cause concern forpreschool, kindergarten teachers about the study also continue to rise, but the currentresearch on non-run park in preparing the survival status of the teaching profession isalso less.In this study, the use of questionnaires and interviews, through Lanzhou five-runkindergarten teacher survey visits, starting from the aspects of wages and benefits,workload and work pressure, interpersonal and organizational atmosphere, professionalidentity, professional development, etc., will be compiled in the gap between teachersand non-teachers in vocational comparison between the survival of the state, resultingin the analysis of non-professional teachers in the series of poor living conditions andthe reasons put forward relevant suggestions, we want to promote the stabledevelopment of public park play the positive effect.The study found that non-run park in preparing teachers for professional survivalstatus is not optimistic: wages and benefits are lower than in preparing teachers;teachers’ workload and work pressure are larger, non-teachers in the series is moresignificant; Park interpersonal complex relationships, there are inequities; social statusof teachers has increased, but non-professional identity of teachers in preparing or low;non-conscious professional development to teachers is not strong, difficult.Development of teachers and early childhood development are equally important, thequality of teachers and quality of education closely, staffing issues has become abottleneck restricting the development of early childhood education.Hope this research can lead to the community’s concern for public office park haslong been "marginalized" groups of non-teachers in the series, to improve thissituation, the government, nursery managers and non-teachers in the series itself, andmany other opportunities to find, work together to solve.
