Chemistry is seriously discriminated against in recent years due to the increasingly deteriorated environments and problems caused by food safety, which reveals people's inadequate knowledge of chemical products and the discipline as a science.Chemistry teachers in high schools are expected to take measures to help improve students' awareness of chemistry-based risks and their competence in making chemistry-related decisions. This research makes full analysis of the goal and significance of strengthening students'awareness of risks and their ability in making sound decisions. It is proven that the number of students willing to do chemistry-related job is increasing significantly with their knowledge of chemistry increased, and they become more interested in chemistry and are more willing to study and explore in this subject, which helps to build a solid basis for their future sustainable development.
