Since the 20th centuries, due to the rapid development of science and technology, course divides highly as well as trends to synthesize and integrate together. The comprehensive course sets up across different courses has already become an important development trend internationally in the primary education course reformation nowadays. In addition, the comprehensive course has become an important constituted part of many national primary and junior high school course program.The senior high school education, which carries the mission of transporting the talented students for the high school and training the qualified citizen for the society, plays more and more important roles in rising the civil character of our country. The current senior high school regards department instrnction as principle. But the close relation among the courses of senior high school and between the course with production, life and technology etc., make permeating the thought of science teaching into the courses of the senior high school seem to be more and more important. According to the practical situation of the chemistry education of the senior high school, catering to high test the reform development trend of "3 plus comprehensive course" of our country and based on the contents of the chemistry teaching material of the senior high school arrange this thesis should be useful for scholars concerning comprehensive course and comprehensive study. By using the classroom teaching, special lectures and research study etc., on the bases of the contents of chemistry course, we carry on the teaching of comprehensive science design and practices, investigate the way of thinking and method that implements the comprehensive science teaching via the chemistry teaching of the senior high school, for the aim of raising the chemistry teaching quality and developping the habitation and comprehensive consciousness of student which pays attention to the course to permeation, so as to develop new talented person to match the need of our seciety.
