Sport motivation refers to the internal psychological motivation that promotes students to participate in sports and exercises,triggered by moving targets.Motivation is the psychological reason or internal power that promotes a person to participate in sports.Motivation is a kind of motive reason for learning.As students establish correct learning motivation,their individual actions will show their interest,consciousness,good attention and persistent willpower to a certain degree.Motivations can serve to activate point and maintain people's behaviors.Sports motivation is the internal motion that promotes a person to participate in sports activities.It is an individual internal process.According to the psychological reason for which students participate in sports and exercise activities mainly transformed by its own internal need or induced by external conditions,sport motivation can be divided into internal motivation and external motivation.In general,the internal motivation is more powerful as driving students to participate in sports activities and can maintain longer time.Compared with the external motivation,internal motivation can maintain longer when effecting people's activities,while external motivation's function of maintaining people activities will be weakened with the cancellation or change of external rewards.Internal motivation appeals to people's interests more and will not change with the external environment.Sports internal motivation is the psychological reason that transfers students' desire into sports behavior and internal force that launches and maintains the sports behaviors.Sports internal motivation is an intrinsic positive tendency,whose innate motivation can encourage people to acquire knowledge and skills with inherent interest,because it is a key factor of human physiological,psychological and social development.And this desire is not confined to childhood.As an important part of the human nature,it plays an important role in human life,affecting people's behavior,growth and development.The purpose of this study is based on modern teaching idea as the guidance,Geared to the needs of Yancheng city middle school students,as the goal,to enhance students' constitution investigation the status quo of Yancheng city middle school students' sports motivation,analysis influence and restriction factor,Students section of the students take part in physical exercise to the influence of sports motivation for scientific analysis,Find out what changes have taken place in the motivation of middle school students take part in physical exercise,what factors make the motivation of middle school students take part in physical exercise types change,to find and maintain the internal motivation of effective measures and methods,improve the method of physical education teaching,to arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise and provide basis for improving the students' internal motivation,promote the development of middle school students' physical and mental health.At present our country teenagers of body mass index in a downward trend,only the weight gain.Concerned expert research,the main reason for decline in China's middle school students' physical fitness is exercise implementation does not reach the designated position.Students take part in physical exercise behavior is not only related with the external cause,also related to the motivation of students to participate in exercise.For middle school students' sports motivation change survey and research,provide some help for effective physical education teaching,at the same time to effectively solve the problem of the current middle school students' physical deterioration facts.Physical education teachers in the teaching to master the different grade,the urban middle school students of different gender sports motivation,the difference of the science reasonable arrangement of teaching method,guide students to establish the goal of exercise,master the methods of exercise,and arouse the students' motivation for sports,to mobilize students' inner study,will produce a good result,this study provides reference for improving the effective teaching of middle school sports.This study to investigate the Yancheng city middle school students' sports motivation,analyze the influence and restriction of the psychological factors,discusses problems in Yancheng city high school sports teaching,provide the basis for Yancheng in physical education teaching reform.Based on the analysis and study of existing documents,this study chooses students in the middle school as subjects and uses sport motivation scale(SMS)to carry on the questionnaire research,expecting to find the sport motivation's effect on individual physical exercise behavior and provide some suggestions that improve middle school students' physical quality and arrange reasonable physical exercise time.1.In the sports motivation types,internal motivation of the each grade's scores is greater than the external motivation,greater than no motivation.The internal motivation of the students in second grade of middle school and of high school is definitely declining and their no motivation level increased significantly.2.In different dimensions of physical exercises internal motivation,boys score significantly higher than girls in the middle school.3.In different dimensions of physical exercises internal motivation,girls score higher than boys in the middle school in the seeking knowledge dimension,while boys score higher than girls in the other dimensions.4.In the three dimensions of physical exercises internal motivation,for the influence of students the middle school,achievement dimension is greater than stimulating experience dimension,than the knowledge dimension,which is the same order as the influence of high school students.5.In the three dimensions of physical exercises external motivation,for the influence of students the middle school,identity dimension is greater than the internalization dimension,than the external regulation,while as for high school students,internalized dimension is greater than identity dimension,than the external regulation dimension.6.In the knowledge dimension,students in the second grade is apparently less than that of the first grade and the third grade in the high school,while students in the first grade is greater than that of the third grade,than the second grade in the middle school.7.In the achievement dimension and stimulating experience dimension,students in the second grade is less than that of the first grade and the third grade in the high school.8.In the identity dimension,students in the first grade is greater than that of the second grade,than the third grade in the middle school.
