Objective: To investigate the Present situation about college experimental technicians' occupational stress,job burnout and job satisfaction in Xinjiang province,To analyse and determine the relations among occupational stress,job burnout and job satisfaction,providing practical basis on improving the work condition of the experiment technicians,optimizing the work attitude of experimental technicians,improving the experimental technical personnel's job satisfaction.Methods:420 experimental technicians is invoveled in this study from six universities in Xinjiang province.self-compiled general situation questionnaires,JCQ,ERI,MBI-GS,MSQ was issured,there are 74 questions in the tolal questionnaires,420 questionnaires was provided and 394 was recoved,369 questionnaires are valid.Using variance analysis,correlation test,multiple regression analysis and structural equation fitting to statistical analyse all the questionnaires.Results:(1)The ERI scale scores exists significantly statistical difference in different age,culture,job title,length of service,the average income(P < 0.05);Job burnout exists significantly statistical difference in different gender,marital status,job title,length of service and in different universities(P < 0.05);Job satisfaction exists significantly statistical difference in the different age,nationality,marital status,educational level,length of service,the average monthly income and in different universities(P < 0.05);(2)By the Person correlation test,the pay of occupational stress,emotional exhaustion and negative snub of job burnout has a significant negative correlation with job satisfaction(P < 0.01),the return of occupational stress,the degree of autonomy in job content,job requirements,social support and low achievement in job burnout has a significantly positive correlation with job satisfaction(P < 0.01).(3)Through multiple regression hierarchical analysis,education degree,pay,social support can be used to predict job satisfaction.(4)Using AMOS analysis we can concluded occupational stress has a direct negative influence on job satisfaction,and occupational stress has indirect effects on job satisfaction by job burnout,occupational stress has significantly positive influence on job burnout,and affect the job satisfaction to a certain extent.Conclusion:(1)Experimental technicians in different age,culture level,job title,length of service and the average monthly income have different occupational tension;Experimental technicians in different Gender,marital status,job title have a different level of job burnout;Experimental technicians in Age,nationality,marital status,educational level,age,average monthly income have different personnel's job satisfaction.The experimental technical personnel's occupational stress between different colleges and universities,job burnout and job satisfaction level is different.(2)The higher level of pay,emotional exhaustion and negative snub,the lower the job satisfaction;the higher level of Work independence,work requirements,social support and low sense of achievement the lower level of job satisfaction.(3)the experimental technicians with higher level of education,less pay and more social support,will have higher job satisfaction.(4)The experimental technicians' occupational stress has a direct impact on the job satisfaction,occupational stress has a indirect impact on job satisfaction through job burnout.
