Under the background of economic and social development,it is no longer a difficult problem for basic education to "have a school".From "have a school" to "have a good school",people have new demands and new expectations for quality education.Teachers are the key factor to improve the quality of education.However,as far as primary school teachers who are engaged in educational work on the frontline are concerned,the high-pressure environment has created enormous professional pressure.However,great pressure can easily make teachers feel unfair in their profession,reduce teachers' occupation satisfaction,cause job languid and ultimately affect the development of teachers themselves,students and even schools.In order to further explore the path relationship among primary school teachers' occupational stress,job satisfaction and occupation languid,this study takes 282 primary school teachers in Q city as the research object and comprehensively analyzes the mechanism of influence among the three.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The occupational stress of primary school teachers is too high,which is higher than the theoretical median,the level of job satisfaction is on the high side and the level of occupation languid is on the low side.(2)There are significant differences in demographic variables of primary school teachers' occupational stress,occupation satisfaction and occupation languid;(3)Primary school teachers' occupational stress,job satisfaction,occupation languid and their dimensions are significantly correlated.Among them,there is a significant negative correlation between primary school teachers' occupational stress and job satisfaction,a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and occupation languid and a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and occupation languid.(4)Job satisfaction of primary school teachers plays an intermediary role between job stress and occupation languid.
