Henan Province Ordinary University Sports Dance Professional Undergraduate Course Graduate Employment Present Situation Investigation And Analysis

In recent years,the employment rate of Chinese college students has not increased,but began to decline,followed by the growth rate of college students is difficult to say.Emerging professional employment prospects are difficult in today's form of employment.In this paper,five selected representative sports in Henan Province,sports dance graduates and relevant teachers and experts to investigate and interview,Henan Province,ordinary colleges and universities Sports dance undergraduate graduates employment situation and the status quo were studied.The four universities are:Henan University,Zhengzhou University Sports College,Henan Agricultural University,and Luoyang Normal College.At the same time,the author uses the methods of literature,investigation and expert interview to find out the employment problem of undergraduates majoring in sports dancing in Henan Province,and provide some suggestions for the cultivation of sports dancing talents in colleges and universities.Of data and theoretical support..The results prove that:1.sports dance professional form of employment is relatively grim,although the sports dance undergraduate graduates of employment policies and employment situation are in a better understanding of the situation,but the idea of college graduates is still not enough,the employment of the Attention is also too little,employment is not clear purpose is an important factor affecting their employment.2.still from the students themselves point of view,students are not in the process of employment will be their ability to match the level of remuneration,some students can not To their own conditions and the impact of social and pay levels to match,too much emphasis on the material treatment of employment units,which in the choice of a negative attitude,that is,the phenomenon of high and low on the choice of jobs caused serious Impact.3.sports dance is not only in Henan Province is emerging in terms of professional,for many colleges and universities in the country is still like a spring dance sports dance in general.It is precisely because of this professional for the emerging professional,so it is not mature in the development of colleges and universities,in many ways such as professional settings,faculty and so are relatively weak,which also affect the sport dance professional graduates employment comprehensive strength.4.sports dance related institutions did not provide students in the school during the relevant employment guidance for the guidance of graduates to strengthen the life orientation and planning is still lacking,which weakened the ability of students to work and height.As undergraduate graduates can not correctly position themselves,making a lot of careers and their pass,the employment problem will become relatively slow.5.colleges and universities in Henan Province and related government agencies on the importance of sports dance professional is far from enough.Due to the unique characteristics of sports dance,so that it can not have the relevant professional counterparts,students near the professional learning is not perfect.If you do not change the existing situation,you can not sports dance professional students to broaden the horizons,affecting the choice of employment,so that the employment rate of stagnation.
