Since the reform and opening up,especially since entering the twenty-first Century,China's higher education has made great progress and progress.Among them,in recent years,China's University expansion,the pace of college enrollment gradually accelerated,leading to the increasing number of College graduates.Statistics show that in 2014,in 2015 and in 2016 the number of college graduates in China reached 7 million 270 thousand,respectively,7 million 490 thousand and 7 million 560 thousand people,the base of its large self-evident.A sharp increase in the number of college graduates under the background of the employment of college graduates has become a serious problem,and even to some extent has been implicated in social employment,livelihood security,social stability and construction of harmonious society and many other topics.Thus,promoting the employment of college graduates,to ensure the quality and quality of graduate employment,which is the community,including colleges and universities are extremely concerned about the topic.This article as a cut mouth,A University as an entity case,elaborated on the following aspects of the problem.The first part,this article analyzes the background and significance of the employment quality of college graduates,and puts forward the research method and content;the second part,the thesis gives a brief explanation of the related concepts and theoretical research;the third part,this article focuses on the main performance of the problem of employment of College graduates to A University as a case,including professional setting and management of colleges and universities,the graduates of higher education,the contradiction between supply and demand and the lag and other aspects;in the fourth part,the paper analyzes the positive and negative A university graduates employment in two case,and combined with the relevant questionnaires were discussed;the fifth part,the article points out the causes of problem of employment quality of college graduates,including three factors inside and outside universities,graduates;the sixth sector,the article proposed upgrade of college graduates Countermeasures and suggestions on employment quality.The last part makes a conclusion and summary of the whole paper,and looks forward to the future trend.In the course of the study,the use of the theory and practice of the basic methods,focusing on the case of A University as the basis,and strive to be more pragmatic and effective.With the help of this shallow research and analysis,to improve the quality of employment of college graduates to bring some theoretical inspiration,to help better employment of college graduates to help.
