Employment issues have always been a hot issue that researchers have paid attention to,especially it is affected by the COVID-19 in 2020,which is related to people's livelihood and social development.With highly developed Internet,job seekers usually search for employment information on the Internet,and companies with recruitment needs will also publish information on employment needs on the Internet.The massive job information and data on the Internet provide an important source of data for research on the job market.However,in the related foreign research on the status of employment,there is less research and analysis on the employment data on the Internet,mainly because it is more difficult to obtain employment data on the Internet,and the amount of data is also difficult to estimate.Compared with foreign research,there are fewer domestic researches on the employment market and employment status using network data,and the research methods and technical methods are still at a relatively primary level,especially in the research on the employment development needs of the IT industry lack in-depth experimental analysis.In view of the many dimensions of employment data,the difficulty of analyzing the employment trends in the IT industry,and the unknown employment prospects,this paper uses principal component analysis,time series analysis,and cluster analysis methods to carry out research in the following four aspects:1.By collecting the Baidu index provided by Baidu to conduct a principal component analysis of factors in IT-related industries,and study the main weighting factors that affect Internet recruitment.2.Analyzing the main components that have the greatest impact on the employment of the IT industry,make a time series graph based on them,remove the redundant variables,and establish a time series model to obtain the employment demand index model of the IT industry.Using the 2019's data for testing,it is found that the data fitting effect is better,and then predict the future development law and trend of IT industry employment demand in 2020.3.Through the collected average salary of the IT industry in each province of the country,cluster analysis of the data of each province.Firstly,systematic clustering is performed,and different clustering results are obtained due to different distance divisions,and it is concluded that the three regions are all in a single category;then rapid clustering is performed to divide 31 provinces and regions in the country into three parts.Finally,the analysis shows that they are the most developed regions and less developed regions in the IT industry.4.Considering the employment impact tactor ot TT industry,employment regression model and the industry development problems of various provinces,research the demand and change trend of the employment market,finally provide scientific opinions and suggestions for job seekers.This article takes the Internet industry as an example to carry out specific research,and conducts experimental verification and analysis of the proposed method.
