Mathematical accomplishment is an essential quality and key ability which is gradually formed to adapt to individual lifelong advance and social development in the process of receiving education. At present, the amendments to the high school mathematics curriculum standards has gradually been put on the agenda, among which the cultivation of mathematical accomplishment and the innovation of teaching methodology are the most important contents. Borrowing the name of Geometric Intuitive and Imagination Accomplishment proposed in this curriculum revision, I conduct a series of researches and practices on accomplishment cultivation of geometric intuitive and imagination in middle high school.Improving students'mathematical accomplishment is the fundamental need for a comprehensive implementation of quality education. The students of our country are still weak in geometric intuitive and imagination so the practical research to enhance students' geometric intuition and imagination is of significance. If we focus on the cultivation of this aspect in the teaching activities, it may play a positive role in developing student's habit of using graphics and spatial visualization, in improving the ability of combining number and form, and in forming abilities of analysis and reasoning by means of graphic.First of all, this paper defines the implication and requirements of geometric intuition and imagination accomplishment, and puts forward the strategy of cultivating them in reaching mathematical conclusions and problem solving. Then, on the basis of this teaching strategy, this thesis tends to explore how to integrate the mathematical cultivation into the teaching process and conduct a series of teaching schemes. With a final teaching experiment for one semester and the comparison of the consecutive questionnaires and tests, I have fully been aware of students'consciousness and ability of applying geometric intuition and imagination. Through analyzing the above teaching experiments and statistical results, it can be testified that it is useful to promote geometric intuitive and imaginative accomplishment by the teaching strategy of integrating them into the teaching process.
