Juvenile delinquency,drug crime and environmental pollution are called the world's three major public hazards.Teenagers are the future and hope of the country,it is profound that researching Juvenile Delinquency.In our country,the study of juvenile delinquency prevention follows the following four aspects: individuals,families,schools and society.Family is the first place to the youth,and parents are the first teachers of teenagers.In order to truly achieve the purpose of preventing juvenile delinquency,we should play to the role of the family prevention,build the perfect family education and prevention system.In this paper,we hope to achieve the purpose of preventing juvenile delinquency by analyzing the influence of family factors on Juvenile Delinquency and put forward the system construction of family prevention?The first part analyzes the typical cases of juvenile delinquency which were announced by the SPP and the SPC,and these are due to family reasons leading to criminal cases.This part is to introduce the research background of this paper,throughing the analysis of typical cases,this paper expounds the significance of family prevention for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.The second part analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency.Personal factors are mainly the physiological characteristics of the growth of young people,personality factors and poor social interaction.Macro-social causes include too much emphasis on school achievement while ignoring personality and psychological education,the function of social education has not played the true value,as well as social cultural factors adverse direction.Micro social reason mainly analysis the reason of the family,such as poor family economic conditions,shortcomings of family structure,partial loss of family education,lower parental education and bad behavior,all of these factors can cause teenagers astray.The third part is to promote the legislation of parent education.In recent years,parental education has been gradually introduced into the system of the prevention of juvenile delinquency and has been paid more and more attention,parental education legislation should be accelerated.The content of parenting education should be adapted to the characteristics and stages of the growth of young people.The development of parental education should adopt the mode of government and market combination,at the same time,adhere to the legal supervision.Only in this way can we really create a good family environment for the growth of young people.The fourth part is to improve the current minors guardianship system in our country,expand the content of guardianship and clarify the circumstances of the revocation of the guardianship of the guardian,enhance operability.Stipulate restoration and supervision of guardianship,for special groups,the national alternative guardianship system can be established.Should be stipulated in the civil,administrative and criminal responsibility for irresponsible guardians,supervise the guardian to fulfill their duties of guardianship.In order to achieve the purpose of preventing crime,to create a good environment for the healthy growth of young people.
