Based on the importance of volunteers to executive management, volunteers'perceived importance and the importance of athletes, referees and spectators for volunteers, using IPA analysis method, carries on the survey of the satisfaction of volunteers for Executive Committee management, volunteers' satisfaction, and the satisfaction of athletes, referees and spectators for volunteers,, and finding management and volunteer expectations gap from volunteers perceptions and expectations gap in the results, volunteer service quality and service objects are the expected value of the gap between the tennis tournament, pointed out that the advantage of the managers, volunteers and volunteer service perception quality, improve the key link, giving priority to the development of continue to maintain links and links, so as to take scientific and reasonable, targeted Measures and recommendations, the results of the study are shown as follows:First, The important to the particularity of the volunteer tennis project(1)Large amount of service people in the site, compared with other ball games, every piece of tennis court not only six volunteers in service, but there are four caddy in the service at the same time.(2) The changeable service content and athlete's mood is not stable, tennis game's volunteers should have strong physical quality, psychological quality and psychological adjustment ability.(3) Tennis professional knowledge on the volunteer's requirements are relatively high, volunteers should not only know the knowledge of their job and field, but also to know about the tennis professional knowledge, familiar with the rules of the tennis game.(4)Tennis watching etiquette is very important, volunteers in the spectator is not only servant, but also need to maintain order in the arenas, to provide a good environment for athletes. (2) During the training of volunteers should stress on how to efficiently answer questions were emphasized. (3) Make volunteers on the tennis training focus on professional skills and psychological quality and psychological adjustment. (4) Volunteer work characteristics and contents of the large-scale events each project should establish a set of clear work system. (5) For college students volunteer recruitment to professional recruitment, other related professional recruitment is assistant. (6) Give full play to the role of the province Tennis Association, to promote volunteer service action can constantly develop. (7)Give a reasonable forecast of the number of people needed for each position.
