Analysis Of Table Tennis Player Lin Gaoyuan's Skills And Tactics In The Decisive Game

Objective: This study mainly took Lin gao yuan,an excellent left-hand table tennis player used to handshake grip,as the example.Through the in-depth analysis of Lin’s technical and tactical characteristics in his final games from 2017 to 2019,this paper will find out the reasons for Lin’s strength in finals and put forward relevant countermeasures.Research methods: This paper studied in the characteristics of Lin’s techniques and tactics by the approach of analyzing literature,videos,mathematical statistics and other methods,and selecting a player similar to the way Lin play as an auxiliary observation object,that was,German’s left-hand player Bohr.Research Result: From the three-stage analysis,it can be concluded that Lin gao yuan’s failure in finals emerged at rally part,receive-then-attack part,and serve-then-attack part.The highest points in the serve are scored by side-spin and the scoring rate/utilization rate of the top-spin attack in the third plate technique are the highest.The usage rate of the backhand twisted in the receiving technique is 51.6% which ranking the first.In the fourth board technique of the final,the scoring rate of the top-spin attack was 64.7% and the usage rate was 68.0%,both ranking the first.But Lin’s scoring rate of serve landing point in final was only 42.1%,which was not that high.Conclusions:(1)Chinese table tennis player Lin gao yuan performed not that well in the receive-then-attack part and serve-then-attack part of finals.The advantage of the the receive-then-attack part was highlighted in the finals,obviously,Lin’s continuous offensive ability played an important role in this process.(2)Observing the changes of the opponent is extremely important for the direction of the final game.The use of familiar and non-conservative techniques to fight is the scoring tool of Lin gao yuan and the stability of continuous offensive ability is crucial to the final game.(3)Lin’s performance on the third board is worthy of recognition.However,it is difficult for Lin to maintain the stability in technical tactics due to the ever-changing situation on the court.In the rally part,Lin played well at rally,drive and counter-drive,but he lacked a strong and fast winning ball.(4)From the performance of German table tennis player Bohr in the final,it can be concluded that he was quite clear at tactics.Counter attacking and continuous attacking made the opponent tired of defense,then he can win the game out of one shot when another were flawed.This reflects the flexible technical and tactical style in the crucial moment of the final of Bohr,which is worthy of emulation by most Chinese athletes.
