Study On Credibility Of Local Government Statistics

With the development of our society and the growth of awareness of the social groups participation in the administrative management. Statistical data is increasingly concerned by the social groups with more and more voices of doubt in the mean time. The study of local government's statistical credibility that can make social groups know about the statistics and how do the local government statistics department to provide the various survey data for the society; And the study Can also promote reform of local government statistical system, innovate the statistical method and improve the quality of statistical data to ensure that the data is true and reliable; The study can promote the construction of service-oriented government, establish a good image of the local government,to enhance the credibility of the government. During writing this paper,1 querying the relevant literature,statistical yearbooks. Using Fujian Pingnan County as a case, I am using the questionnaires and some other ways to get the statistical credibility dates about the Pingnan government from the social groups.This paper mainly takes Pingnan County of Fujian Province as a case, and studies the relevant problems of the local statistical credibility of government. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the research background of local government statistical credibility, research status of statistical credibility at home and abroad, research significance and the main research ideas and methods of our country's local government statistical credibility. The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis of the credibility of local government statistics. It mainly introduces the government credibility, the credibility of statistics and local government credibility of statistics and during the research the related theories of public administration we used. The third part is the present situation analysis of the Pingnan County statistical credibility.lt show the basic situation of statistical credibility of the Pingnan County government, the insufficient of the statistical credibility and the reasons for the problems through the questionnaire.The fourth part which is the most important part of this paper,it show the countermeasures to improve the credibility of local government statistics. The fifth part is the conclusion, which mainly includes the conclusions of this study, the shortcomings of this study and the prospects for the future.Through the study of this paper, i just provide some advice to improve the credibility of local government statistics, and promote the healthy development of local government statistics in China.
