Reformation On The Modern Alteration Of Traditional Stone Lock

Stone Lock movement is a traditional Chinese national sport,sports as non-heritage project,Because of its fitness value and unique charming,In recent years more and more people have been taking part in this sport.Its development is fast.But at the same time some factors hinder the development of the Stone Lock movement,such as the impact of Western culture,inheritors' lack,limiting of the space and the instrument.In this paper,the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Development of Traditional Sports Fitness as the background,the modernization of traditional Stone Lock as the study,using methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires and others,Through design of theory,Transformed the traditional shape and structure of the Stone Lock.Objective is to design a new Stone Lock to solve the problem of space limiting and instrument constraints,After investigation and analysis of the feedback,The design of new Stone Lock has achieved the result of expect.The design :(1)Structure is divided into two parts,Stone Lock body and the handle,this two parts are connected by a bolt;wherein Stone Lock body structure is divided into the cover and the internal steel block.(2)The cover is made of the gradient density polyurethane foam and The handle is made of reinforced nylon plastic.(3)New Stone Lock's weight is 5kg and the size is 220x100x140(Unit: mm),there is 50 mm under the grip portion.(4)New Stone Lock shows colorful.The characteristic of new Stone Lock :(1)New Stone Lock holds the traditional appearance.(2)more safely,constraints of using become less.(3)The lighter weight Stone Lock is fitly used by most people.(4)The colorful skin is better looking.The suggestion:(1)The appearance design can be more diversified and improve aesthetics.(2)More different weight stone lock.(3)Select more suitable material.(4)Do more surveys and feedback to improve the design.(5)Add the smart chip to be an intelligent sport equipment.
