The inadequate physical activity and sedentary behavior of office people have become the main reasons affecting their physical and mental health.The health problems of office sedentary people are no longer "laissez-faire",but take the initiative to intervene.The function and quality of human body will gradually decline with the decrease of physical activity and sedentary,which will easily lead to disease,and have a serious impact on mental health,and greatly affect people's daily life.As an intangible cultural heritage,stone locks exercise has obvious fitness effect,but it lacks scientific basis.At present,it only stays on the subjective sense of self,which brings perplexity and confusion to people who have certain fitness purposes to choose traditional fitness methods.Research purposes:Based on the research status of inadequate physical activity of office workers and the health problems caused by sedentary,this study designed a sports program with stone locks as a means of exercise.Promote the increase of physical activity and physical and mental health of office sedentary people,provide scientific and effective physical and mental exercise equipment for office people,at the same time,clarify the specific embodiment of the effect of stone locks on human body fitness,and provide scientific basis for the promotion of stone locks.Research methods:Through literature review,this study analyzed the research status of the sedentary people in stone locks and the office,investigated the physical activity and health status of the subjects through questionnaires and interviews,and conducted an experimental study on 39 subjects recruited by the Land and Resources Bureau.There were 18 subjects in the experimental group(8 males and 10 females),21 people in the control group(10 males and 11 females).The experimental group used stone locks for 8 weeks.There was no intervention in the control group.In this study,the body shape,function,quality and mental health scale SCL-90 were tested and analyzed before and after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group.Statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Independent sample t test was used among thegroups,and paired t test was used for comparison before and after the experiment in the group.To analyze the physical and mental health effects of 8-week stone locks exercise on office sedentary people.The results showed that:(1)The influence of stone locks on the body shape of sedentary people in the office for 8 weeks: there were significant differences in women's weight,BMI and body fat rate(P < 0.05);other morphological indicators of men and women had positive changes;stone locks exercise could improve women's weight,reduce body fat rate,and play a positive role in body shape.(2)The effect of 8-week stone lock exercise on physical function:There was significant difference between male and female systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P < 0.05);stone lock exercise had a certain effect on reducing blood pressure in office sedentary people.(3)The influence of 8-week stone locks exercise on physical fitness:there were significant differences in female sitting forward and male grip strength(P < 0.05);there were significant differences in male and female sit-ups,single-foot stand with closed eyes and push-ups(P < 0.05);other indicators had positive changes,and 8-week stone locks exercise had a continuous effect on flexibility,arm strength and lumbar and abdominal muscles of office sedentary people.Work has a positive effect.(4)The scores of SCL-90 in the experimental group of office sedentary people decreased after 8 weeks of stone lock exercise intervention.The scores of male somatization factors decreased significantly before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),and the scores of female somatization factors changed significantly before and after the experiment.Among them,male and female had significant changes in obsessive-compulsive disorder,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility and terror(P < 0.05),and female had very significant changes.Therefore,the intervention of 8-week stone locks exercise had a good effect on the mental health of subjects.Stone locks exercise could effectively alleviate physical discomfort and interpersonal sensitivity.To cultivate the ability of cooperation and competition.It can enhance self-confidence andimprove psychological and emotional problems,and improve the ability of office crowd to resist setbacks and overcome difficulties.Compared with the national norm,the experimental group found that except the somatization factor was higher than the norm,other factors were lower than the norm.Analyzing the possible reasons,the subjects often carried out activities to promote interpersonal communication,and the participants' entry time was not very long and their life satisfaction was high.Therefore,the test showed that the mental health score of the subjects was lower than the national norm,and their mental health level was higher than the national norm.Model.At the same time,we found that the data after the experiment were lower than that before the experiment and lower than the national norm level.Therefore,through 8weeks of rock lock exercise,the mental health of the subjects was further improved and improved.
