Objective:The purpose of this study is to compare the changes of body composition,physical quality,body function and blood vessel function of20~59 years old adults before and after the intervention through 8~week stone-lock resistance training,so as to provide a theoretical basis of adult stone lock exercise prescription.Methods: Healthy subjects aged 20~59 were recruited to participate in the study voluntarily.According to age,people were divided into 20~39years old group,40~59 years old group,and according to gender,people were divided into male group and female group.Before the intervention,the subjects underwent Functional Movement Screen,body shape test,physical fitness test,cardiovascular function test.After 8 weeks of training,all indexes were retested with the same method.Receive the data uploaded by the built-in chip of stone lock in the background(throwing times,throwing height,etc.)to understand the exercise completion of the subjects;monitor the intensity of the training according to the subjective physical feeling(RPE)fed back by the subjects and the heart rate monitored by MIO bracelet;adjust the exercise prescription in time in case of any abnormality.Results:(1)After 8 weeks' training,the body weight,body fat% and BMI of the four groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);The proportion of upper limb muscle in 40~59 years group increasedsignificantly(P<0.05);The results showed that the number of times of stone-lock throwing was moderately related to the effect of weight reduction,and the height of throwing was moderately related to the effect of weight reduction and fat reduction.(2)The grip strength,jump and push ups of the four groups were significantly improved(P<0.05);In the female group,the indexes of sit up and standing with eyes closed and one foot were significantly improved(P<0.05).(3)the total FMS scores of the four groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).(4)In 40~59 years old group,the quiet heart rate were significantly declined and vital capacity were significantly increased(P<0.05);The improvement of arterial elasticity in 40~59 year old male group Significant(P<0.05)?Conclusion:(1)The training of stone-lock has a significant effect on weight loss of adults,and can significantly improve the strength quality of adults,improve the flexibility and stability of hip,knee,ankle,shoulder and other joints.(2)Stone lock training has a positive effect on improving cardiovascular function of 40~59 years old people.(3)The total of eight weeks,the prescription of stone-lock resistance exercise has a good effect on adult health.
