| Family is the cell of society;family harmoniousness is the foundation for social harmoniousness and stability.Family violence is one kind of violent behavior implemented by husbands on wife by means of beat,confinement,harm other measure to implement harm and damage in aspects of physical or spirit etc.It will not only affect healthy operation and good display of family function within family;meanwhile,it will affect social harmoniousness and stability as well as healthy development.The Women's Federation is the mass organization integrated by all walks of women to strive for further liberation and development;it is always using its advantage to work together with other department to display positive effect by legislation intervention,warn and negotiation etc.Under the leading by Communist Party,the Women's Federation has positive effect in relieving family violence on women,maintaining stable structure of family and promoting social safety and harmoniousness.But with development of society,the Women's Federation is gradually facing with difficulties in family violence intervention under the new social management situation.Writer makes statistics of 116 family violence cases accepted by H district in recent 3 years by referring to record table of letter and phone acceptance in woman contact system of H district in Wuxi from 2012 to 2014,the client of these cases are seeking for help from the Women's Federation out of demands such as dismemberment of property,violence termination,safety safeguard,injury identification,evidence reservation,psychological comfort etc.As a result,the intervention of the Women's Federation is invalid after apply for an audience with the higher authorities to appeal for help for 2 times or 3 times of 7 cases of clients,and their appeal still has not been solved.This study chooses one family violence case of failed intervention by the Women's Federation.Through research,this paper points out failure in intervention by the Women's Federation is caused by unprofessional staff and limitation in organization and power of the Women's Federation.As for the difficult position and shortages of the Women's Federation organization in the practice process of intervening family violence,this research attempts to introduce into practice of social work and special method,it demonstrates the feasibility of social work intervening family violence from 3 aspects such as service object,work content and work principle,it also makes practice intervention on this case by case method and task center model.On practice intervention,this research closely surrounds task center model,firstly,it collects case data by gradual face-to-face interview and exchange,and then it confirms the core problem of this case and it reaches agreement on target problem and service time on confirming service target,implements task decomposition.Finally,it makes practice intervention,during 3 months from case acceptance and case settlement,it smoothly completes target.After the intervention process is ended,it adopts way of combining with self-evaluation by case owner and assessment by social worker to evaluate the effect of the whole practice intervention process.According to evaluation result,it indicates that Miss.Lin and her family state have improved a lot and it recovers to the normal state,finally,it smoothly end the case.On the basis of successful practice intervention,it makes comparative reconsideration from aspects of the localization advantage and difficult position of case work intervening into family violence,method and model of social work intervening into family violence and intervention role of social worker,so that it provides and puts forward suggestion and advice to strengthen idea propaganda of social work,expand training in social work,instruct entrance of social organization and promote formulation in social policy for the women's federation be introduced into social work,prevent family violence and enhance work efficiency of the Women's Federation. |
