Case Work Intervention Study On Family Integration Difficulties Of Seafarers During Vacation

The construction of a maritime power is inseparable from the efforts of seafarers,so we should pay more attention to seafarers.Seafarers on and off the ship face two different lives,and they spend most of their time on the ship.When they return to the family during vacation,there will be various maladjustment conditions,especially in the aspect of family integration.The specific manifestations are: poor adaptation of family life,poor communication among family members,emotional disorder in the process of integration and so on.The causes of integration difficulties are also different,which requires us to conduct in-depth research.This study uses social work research methods such as interview,questionnaire and observation to study the current situation and causes of seafarers’ family integration after getting off the ship.It can be seen that seafarers have misunderstandings in cognition,communication and psychology.All these have had a significant impact on Seafarers’ integration into their families.The task center model is applied to solve the problem of seafarers’ family integration difficulties,and intervene for three representative seafarers.The intervention effect was good,their problems were solved accordingly,their wrong cognition was corrected,family communication was smooth,and their anxiety was alleviated.The main body of this paper is six parts,starting with the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of this research,defines the theoretical and practical significance of the research,explains the research methods and ideas used in this paper,and makes a comprehensive review of the existing academic research.In the second part of the study,it mainly defines the core concept vocabulary of this study,and introduces the theoretical basis for guiding practical research.The third part arranges the interview content on the basis of the interview,and obtains the specific manifestations and causes of seafarers’ family integration difficulties through coding.In the fourth part,the steps of practical intervention are stated in detail,and the scheme of practical intervention is designed.Then the fifth part is to carry out case practice intervention for three different case owners under the guidance of the task center model to help them solve the difficulties of family integration.In the last part,the sixth part summarizes the work of social workers,summarizes and reflects on the practical process of the case,and finally puts forward its own suggestions for the future research work.
