Case Study On Social Work Cases Involving Teenagers' Campus Violence

Accompanying with the rapid development of Chinese economy,culture and social transformation,the rapid emergence of all kinds of new life events has had a huge impact on people's worldview,philosophy and values.Being an important group with of social development,the adolescents are inclined to be easily influenced by social environment changes because of the irim maturity in physiology and psychology,weak self-control ability,strong rebelliousness and the lack of independent thinking ability.It is shown on the frequent and continuous campus safety and violence incidents which are cruel,group-based,repetitive,harmful and off ten committed by youngsters.Campus violence has become a prominent problem for students' physical and mental health,normal development of schools' Teaching order and social security and stability.In this paper,we took young people groups affected by campus violence as the research object and focused on the theme of "involving case studies of social work in campus violence of young people ".Based on the author's practical experience,the oretical knowledge learned during classes in a community service center in Zhengzhou City,theories of ecosystem theory and superiority perspective,the author used individual case study method,questionnaire survey method,the literature review method and the action research method as the research methods and the task center model as the main intervention model to carry out case studies.Through the questionnaire survey,this thesis analyzes the current situation and causes of the youth violence on campus and is completed by combining social work theory and methods,conducting appropriate problem evaluation and results evaluation.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background,the significance of the research,the literature review,the definition of the concept and the introduction of the research method.The second part is about the status and causes of the violence on the campus of the young people.The generality,the grouping,the younger age and the repetitiveness of violence are highlighted in this part and also the individual factors,family factors,school factors and social factors that arise from the problem of violence on campus;the third part probes into the practical problems of the violence on campus and introduces the practical process of case work in detail;the fourth part includes the considerations and solutions of involving the individual case work into youth violence in campus;Through the reflection and summary of the first three parts,this thesis suggested that we should start from the training of social workers stationed in school,then improve family education modes,optimize school education structure and advocate social and humane care,and strive to solve the problem of youth violence on campus.
