Research On The Social Work's Intervention In Community Participation Of "Shidu" Elderly

As the most elementary organization of the country and the basic part of the whole right system,the community's sound construction and harmonious development are greatly important to the whole society.In the process of urbanization,residents' participation in community affairs and community activities has become more frequent and important,but from the current point of view of community participation and community participation from the current point of view has become more and more important.We explore a"community participation" which is the basic principle and method of a community organization and community health development.It can be used as a community planning to gradually and steadily important foundation and prerequisite.Generally considering the current community formation,we can find that the elderly people are an indispensable part of the community participation.the "shidu" elderly which describes aged parents who have lost their only child also need our help.They take part in various kinds of community affairs and activities,which improves resident's life quality on one hand,and on the other hand offers advice and suggestion for community construction,greatly promoting social harmony.I take this opportunity to practice in the city of Wuxi H community,using the investigation method of the questionnaire and depth interview method of these two kinds of research.I take the community participation problem of the "shidu" elderly in H community as the research subject.And gradually from the loss of independence for the elderly community participation,community participation and community participation in the three different perspectives to illustrate the community satisfaction,loss of independence for the elderly community participation and the degree of.But the author found in this study:loss of independence for the elderly community participation rate is mainly from the gender,age,social status,political status,level of education,physical status,economic condition,living condition,mental status and social support.Participation channel is divided into the direct participation and the indirect participation.And the participation satisfaction is mainly evaluated by the remarks about the various kinds of activities organized by the community.By analyzing the current condition,I concluded the elderly community participation problem in H community into three main aspects,including,loss of independence for the elderly community involvement weak ideas,there is little relevant channels of community participation and the community participation in the passive.At last,I analyze some potential reasons from the elderly,s individual condition,such as the degradation of physiological function,weak development of resilience,deficient social support and so on.In this paper,in the process of social work intervention in,I associate with aunt Zhou who lost her son and husband to found a target together.Firstly,I will help aunt Zhou check her body,trying to her sleeping status and recover the physical status,so that she can take part in the community activities.Secondly,I will help aunt Zhou get rid of the sorrow of losing her husband and son.Thirdly,I will help her found her social support circle.I choose the individual task intervention method and the whole service process is divided into six steps,case acceptance,assessment,plan,implement,complement,and tracing.In the assessment period,both the implement process and final result will be evaluated,and the intervention effect is assessed through the condition of target implementation.Through the assessment of the patient services result display The use of the case method The loss of independence for the elderly community involvement was significantly enhanced At last,Combined with the practice of I conclude the intervention work from five aspects,the deficient mode of social work,the morality dilemma of social work,the role conflict of social workers,the communication skill lack of the workers and the shortness in the intervention process.I hope that this essay could display the advantage of social work,and provide preference data for the researchers of 'shidu' elderly's community participation,and lay the foundation of foster and lead their community participation.
