Study On The Current College Student's Orderly Political Participation

In the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it is pointed that "we will expand citizens' orderly political participation in all levels and fields to give full play to the strength of the socialist political system." For college students,orderly political participation is beneficial to realize their own political appeals,maintain their own political rights and enhance the ability of political participation;for our country,college students are important social group to the development of the national rise and fall,guiding student's orderly political participation is beneficial to advance the progress of socialist democratic politics in China and maintain harmony and stability of the country's political life.This thesis is divided into six chapters to study on the current college student's orderly political participation.The first chapter is introduction.By collating the research status at home and abroad,it is thought that there has already been a lot of related theory on orderly political participation.But the number and content of the research according to the characteristics of college students is inadequate relative to their roles in the country's political life.In the second chapter,the relative concepts and theories of college student's orderly political participation are defined and analyzed.It is thought that college student's orderly political participation refers to that as the participant,college student put forward their own opinions and suggestions,express their political attitude and exercise their political rights through the legal,moderate and orderly way to ensure the country's political stability and development and improve government's decision-making ability.The third chapter is the research on the present situation of the current college student's orderly political participation.It is thought that in positive aspects the current college student's orderly political participation presents the overall positive attitude towards political participation,more reasonable political appeals and the generally high political identity,but it still has some problems to be strengthened including the participation motivation,the ordering of participation,the quality and level,initiative and guiding.The restrictive factors of current college student's orderly political participation are considered to be influenced by the combined effect of both objective external factors and subjective internal factor.The objective external factors mainly include economy,politics,history and culture,the current situation of college student's ideological and political education.The subjective internal factor is the political quality of college students themselves.In the fourth chapter,the traditional way and the emerging network way of the current college student's orderly political participation are explained;the specific content of the current college student's orderly political participation including the democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic administration and democratic supervision are analyzed.This thesis forecasts the development tendency of the current college student's orderly political participation.It is thought that the current college student's orderly political participation will be normalized and institutionalized,the participation way will be expanded and the network political participation will bring new opportunities and challenges.In the fifth chapter,it is pointed out that the ideological and political education of college students should be strengthened in order to give ideological guidance to the current college student's orderly political participation;the college student's political participation channels should be broadened,the government interactive response mechanism should be established and the relevant legal norms should be perfected to give system guarantee to the orderly political participation of college students;network evaluation system and supervision system should be set up to conduct the orderly political participation of college students.The last chapter is conclusion.Both countries and universities should give correct education and guidance to the orderly political participation of college students,and guarantee the current college student's orderly political participation run smoothly.In this way,we can realize the college student's orderly political participation fundamentally,and promote the harmony,stability and development of the society.
