Based on the practice of adolescents’ social work,this paper explores the application of body language in intrusive conversation and the future development of this technology in social work practice.In this paper,the body language of high frequency appearing in the intake talks is combed.The body language is divided into three parts:facial expression,eye movement and upper limb movement.At the same time,combined with the practice of adolescent social work The case has been demonstrated,and reflections have been made from two perspectives:worker identification and worker response.Finally,based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper draws the following research results:First,the use of body language analysis techniques in the intake talks should follow the principle of coherence,consistency,background and the principle of possibility,in order to ensure the accuracy of information transmission in the talks.Second,body language,as an auxiliary skill,can help workers obtain more information and improve the accuracy of the assessment if they can be identified accurately in the intake talks.At the same time,the body language of the workers is appropriate Applying helps to create good working relationships,such as shaking hands with the client at the first meeting,and expressing enthusiasm and sincerity of the worker;the appropriate emotional expression of the worker in the interview can express his/her attitude of serious listening and The working principle of love.Third,the social work is a "people-oriented" science,people will always be the core of social work,body language analysis as a help workers more in-depth understanding of"human" technology in other areas of social work also has a broad Application of value,such as group work,workers can enhance the sense of familiarity between members of the group;in the depth of the case of self-analysis,workers can be a hug,to encourage the case to the owner,while expressing concern for the case.
