Purpose:Children and adolescents are the critical period of physical development.Their physical development and nutritional status are in the stage of rapid growth and development.The growth and development stage is a dynamic process,which has both stage and continuity and unevenness in developmental speed.Therefore,from the perspective of dynamic analysis of children and adolescents physical development and nutritional status trends,easy to grasp the physical development of children and adolescents and nutritional status changes.In this study,the children aged 7-18 years old in Shanghai from 2013 to 2016 were tested for physical development for 4 consecutive years.At the same time,the data of physical development and nutritional status at home and abroad were collected to understand the physical and mental health of children and adolescents in Shanghai from 2013 to 2016 development and nutritional status of the dynamic changes in the trend and characteristics,in order to improve the health of children and adolescents in Shanghai to provide reference at the same time,but also for the development of the national health of students to provide reference.Methods:In this study,a total of 9517 male and female students aged 11-18 in Shanghai from 11 to 18 years in Shanghai were selected as 2,317 in 2013,2,400 in 2014,2,400 in 2015 and 2,400 in 2016.Through the physical test method for the study of height,weight and waist test,the data is true and reliable,in line with quality control standards.At the same time,the dynamic characteristics of height,weight,BMI,waist circumference,malnutrition detection rate and overweight and obesity detection rate of 7-18 year old students in Shanghai from 2013 to 2016 were compared and analyzed.Results:1)In physical development,with the increase in year and age,height,weight,BMI and waist circumference are on the rise.On the whole,the height,weight,BMI and waist circumference of boys aged 7-18 in 2016 were higher than those of the boys in 2013,which were 4.3cm,3.9kg,0.6kg/m2 and 2.6cm respectively,and there were significant differences(P<0.01).The height,weight,BMI and waist circumference of girls aged 7-18 were higher than those of girls in 2013,which were higher than those of 2.7cm,3.1kg,1.6kg/m2 and 1.7cm respectively).In general,the height and BMI development level of male and female students aged 7-18 years in 2013-2026 were higher than WHO height and BMI reference value respectively.2)In nutritional status,with the passage of time,malnutrition detection rate showed a downward trend,overweight and obesity detection rate showed an upward trend.The detection rate of male and female malnutrition was 10.7%,8.1%,10.2%and 7.1%respectively,and the female students were 8.5%,6.4%,8.6%and 4.3%respectively.The average malnutrition of boys and girls in 2016 The detection rate was significantly lower than that of 2013,and the growth retardation rate decreased by 0.2%and 0.1%respectively.The detection rate of wasting decreased by 3.4%and 4.1%respectively,P<0.01,statistically significant.The average obesity rate was significantly higher in the 2016 years than in 2013(P<0.05),from 9.5%to 12.8%,an increase of 3.3%,statistically significant;the average obesity rate in 2016 girls was significantly higher than that in 2013(P<0.01),increased from 3.8%to 7.3%,an increase of 3.5%,statistically significant.3)On the whole,the height,weight,BMI and waist circumference of children aged 7-18 years in Shanghai from 2013 to 2016 were slow and fast,and the growth level and speed of each index were different.On the whole,the height,weight,BMI and waist growth and height of 7-18 year old boys in Shanghai were in advance.The height and weight of BMI and the development peak of BMI were delayed in advance.The growth rate of children and adolescents aged 7-18 years in Shanghai was higher than that in zero and primary schools.Conclusions:1)With the year and age,7-18 years old children and adolescents in Shanghai city in 2013-2016 height and weight,BMI and waist circumference showed increase trend;2)With the passage of the year,the detection rate of malnutrition among children aged 7-18 years in Shanghai was declining year by year in 2013-2016,while the detection rate of overweight and obesity continued to increase;3)Differences in height,weight,body weight,BMI and waist circumference growth and peak in children aged 7-18 years in Shanghai from 2013 to 2016.
