Research On The Construction Mechanism Of Government Micro-blog Based On Social Network Analysis

Government micro-blog is a special identity of the micro-blog account,the image of the government departments,and its influence and attention are great.It seems to have become an important part of public opinion.The role of government micro-blog has become increasingly obvious,especially in the event of major social emergencies.However,due to the influence of the regional environment and the level of social and economic development,the development level of government micro-blog in developed and developing areas is different,the problems are different,the advantages of social and technical are different,and It is difficult to use the traditional media technical parameters and the coefficient of judgment to measure the process of political opinion formation and communication.The development of government micro-blog is difficult to apply to the same method.But the development of new media is adapted to the trend of the times.So,how to use micro-blog this platform to ease the network public information needs to be resolved.Scholars should research our government micro-blog development of different regions.The author makes an research based on the National Social Science Fund Project the study of micro-blog information management mechanism based on information ecology,and establishes appropriate mechanisms for government micro-blog development on the basis of local conditions,which make an contribute to the work of the government,and then to create a true national microcirculation management platform.Firstly,the article introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the development of domestic and foreign government micro-blog,and the methods needed in this paper,draws the technical route of content research in this paper,and puts forward the main innovation points of this paper.Secondly,it elaborates the related technical theory of government micro-blog,and elaborates the theory of government micro-blog,social network theory and multi-agent coordination theory,especially the theory,content and concrete analysis method of social network theory.Then,from view of the theoretical point,the author integrated the government micro-blog and methods of social network analysis well,indicating that the spread of government micro-blog information does have a certain characteristics of social network structure,the government micro-blog network does belong to a kind of social network structure,which provide theoretical support in choosing the social network analysis method to study the development of our government micro-blog.At the same time,after collecting the relevant data of the existing government micro-blog,the author uses the social network analysis tools,taking Jiangsu and Jilin as examples to analyse the development of our government micro-blogs indeveloped and developing areas,including centrality analysis,cohesive subgroup analysis and core-edge analysis.Through the comparative analysis of several indicators between the two provinces,and the data of the analysis,we find that there are unbalanced regional development and slow development.Finally,from the perspective of system science,the author analyzes the internal and external factors that influence and restricts the development of our government micro-blog,and then puts forward the overall optimal purpose of our government micro-blog development plan,and propose our government micro-blog construction strategies for the characteristics of different provinces,all of which will play a huge guide and enhancement in our government work in the micro-blog and using other new media.
